My Students
My students are 3rd graders from Brooklyn, NY in a specialized program which provides them with educational opportunities in an 8:1:1 setting to meet their special needs as learners.
My students are curious, investigative, and ambitious learners and one of my goals as an educator is to provide them with the most hands-on , meaningful, and engaging learning opportunities possible.
My students strive for excellence on a daily basis and deserve the best opportunity for continued success possible. I am asking for your support by seeking help to make that happen. Thank you!
My Project
Hi all! Fostering a love of writing is a crucial part of the third grade experience. Students write across genres including Narrative, Opinion, Informational, and Fairytales! Having a comfortable and organized location for the writing process is extremely important, which is why I’m seeking funding for a new and accessible writing center in my classroom. My students are amazing and hardworking. They deserve the best opportunity to grow as authors and illustrators. This center would be utilized during Writer’s Workshop time to give students the chance to write through the Writing Process, meet for peer editing, revision as well as the drafting process. Please consider donating to some well deserving kiddos that would benefit so much from an organized and engaging writing center! Thank you, thank you, thank you!
