This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

In order to encourage students to think creatively, I'm attempting to create a classroom with more flexible seating arrangements.

These items will enable students to have more space to move within the classroom and to comfortably take advantage of the open classroom layout, fostering a more welcoming environment where advanced learning can take place.

Specifically, students will be able to use this seating to establish a more relaxing atmosphere within the classroom, reducing stress. Additionally, this will help the classroom become a more welcoming environment for students to relax during non-instruction time, such as during lunch or after school, thus encouraging them to feel more at home within the school.
