This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

Hi, this is my year teaching and I need several things to improve not only my classroom visually but the learning opportunities for this AMAZING 2nd grade class.

I would love to add a STEM program to my curriculum and deeply believe it would be an integrated approach for my students to hone their critical thinking and problem-solving skills.

I am also a firm believer that learning through play. I’m requesting games, building activities and social emotional resources to develop successful relationship of learning and playing to develop essential life skills.

My greatest wish would be that my students get to have all of these opportunities in my class while being in fluorescent filtered lighting in a well organized classroom.
