My Students

My students are inner-city​ students in grades sixth, seventh and eighth. We have a very diverse student population. Our school also has a wide range of academic levels. We strive to empower all our students to grow and be the best that they can be.

I teach two groups of low incident students who need access to items to help enhance their physical education experience.

All of my students are eligible to receive both the school breakfast and lunch daily for free. Most of our school population takes public transportation.

My Project

My low incident students need access to items that we don't have.

We will use the pool noodles to play a variety of tag games which we will store in the collapsible trash bags.

The wrist bands will help me partner students up randomly and students will be able to identify what group, team or station they belong at. My visually impaired student will be able to use the training net during out classes soccer unit. Finally, the Giant Jenga set will be a great addition to our yard game unit. The students will get to participate in a Jenga exercise group game!
