Celebrate Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month

This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

Technology is changing and we want to grow with it. I would love to enhance and promote an environment where we are all participating and engaged. With the Wacom the lessons can become more interactive as we have a TV in our classroom for learning. I could use this in all my lessons and across subjects. I am currently in a 4th grade classroom where I teach all subjects except for Science.

The standing desk would be helpful to provide a learning space in our room where they can have better focus.

Improved Focus: Standing desks can help reduce restlessness and improve concentration among young learners. Our classroom is very traditional and cookie cutter these desks would make the space more appealing to all learners.

Our school is a title 1 school and my classroom is very diverse year to year. I often have English Language learners and students with high needs and special education.
