Help me give my students durable, high-quality headphones to enjoy educational technology programs without needing constant replacement!
FULLY FUNDED! Mrs. Cosans's classroom raised $375

My Students
Within my school, almost 90% of students live in poverty. While the school has initiatives that provide students with free breakfast, lunch, snacks, and weekend food bags, many students are unable to come to school with supplies and spend time in classrooms that are not fully equipped with necessary materials.
My fourth graders are resilient individuals who face many challenges when they leave school; although there are a variety of trials in the world, our classroom is a place of solace and success.
Fourth grade is a time where students have deep, clear feelings about school and the world around them - and they let those feelings be known! They are learners who dive into rigorous academic content and require a comfortable, predictable learning environment.
Every student deserves a quality education, and my fourth graders are no exception. They are kind, capable learners who amaze me by what they accomplish daily and throughout the school year.
My students deserve a classroom environment equipped with adequate materials that help them receive a quality education.
My Project
Being a teacher in 2019 means being able to provide students with countless online programs. My school district has subscriptions to programs such as Flocabulary, SOLPass, Reflex Math, and i-Ready. These programs are not only exciting and educational, they also provide great audio components that keep students engaged and learning (no matter their level)! Even though these audio components are awesome, they require headphones which are often not the best quality. I have spent more money than I care to admit on low-quality headphones because my students were unable to afford any for school or the headphones broke due to high usage.
These headphones will allow to enjoy the educational programs that are so helpful in preparing for the upcoming state testing in May.
I want my students to be able to enjoy these programs without any of us worrying how long the cheap headphones will last. In addition to these headphones, the solid figure manipulates will also help my students review our geometry unit before our state testing. We have currently been borrowing another teacher's math manipulatives, and I'd love to have some 3-D shapes to call our own! My students and I thank you in advance for your support!
