This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

My students are in need of some extra motivation. The grant provides a reward system where kids have a treasure box filled with high interest rewards and a punch card to help them earn prizes.

The goal is to give my students the extra incentive to work harder both on their behavior and in their school work.

My kids are all low-income special needs students who truly respond to incentives. I know that they will be so excited to see a treasure box in the class and learn of ways in which to earn prizes.
