Help me give my students a way to calm down when they are having a hard time. Stimulation items are especially helpful for students with autism. This would be so helpful in my classroom!

Celebrating Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month
This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Students
I teach a Special Education class of brilliant young students between the ages of 4 and 7. The needs of these students vary greatly. One thing they do have in common is their motivation to play.
Meeting the individual of each of my students can be quite a challenge, but giving them this compelling motivator would help keep them calm, attentive, and inspired to learn.
My Project
This spinner would be absolutely invaluable to my classroom. My students are between the ages of 4 and 7 with Autism. They sometimes are in a bad mood or having a rough day. My students understandably don't yet have the self-monitoring skills to calm themselves down on their own, but a stimulation device like this one is so useful for them. The devices will also serve as instrument for incentivizing my students. It can be a challenge for the students to adapt to the classroom environment. I see my students put in their best effort every day, but that is not always enough for them to have a successful day. This spinner would give my class exactly what we need to get everything moving smoothly and calmly. I appreciate your support. Thank you so much!
