This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

At the end of last year, in those last few days of school when there aren't many students in classrooms, I found that regardless, students still love Legos!

We played countless games of Jenga, Uno, and Connect Four.

On one of the last days, I broke a somewhat depleted set of Legos and to my surprise, my middle school Math students had a blast! They were creative and smiling and building away. With this donation, I'm hoping to restock our classroom Lego supply, and I'm excited to see all the creative things they will build with their imagination!
