Celebrating Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month
This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Project
This idea came to me last year as our classes were in a windowless room. No chance to look outside and see the sun, the rain or snow. Not very exciting! But as I was researching ways to bring some life (and color) to our classroom, I came across glow days parties and activities. I have hung on to that idea since the last day of the school year and think it would be an incredible way (and a nice change of pace) to bring excitement to our classroom. Hopefully my students will be practicing Math and Science and a super fun and exciting environment on Glow Days!
