My Students

Students have a lot of energy and sometimes this can get in the way of their learning. The bouncy bands are a great way for students to move while still staying focused in class.

We attend a small K-6 school in Hawaii.

Our third grade classroom holds 28 students. Our main challenge is that we belong to such a tiny school that we have a hard time getting funding for anything extra. Getting these bouncy bands will be a great way to keep our students moving while learning.

My Project

These bouncy bands will be used on each student's chair. The bands will be used as a way for students to move and fidget while learning, taking state assessments, and any other time they need it. The bouncy bands provide an opportunity for active learners to move while they learn.

This project will make a difference by giving students a way to "get out their bugs" while learning.

The bouncy bands will help improve students learning by helping them move which will improve their focus.
