Celebrate Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month

This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

Ours school's curriculum is great but sometimes what is provided doesn't have all the parts needed to address a standard, topic, or skill.

Even more so now, learners across the nation have been impacted by COVID and educators are working hard to fill "gaps" in missed learning in order to ensure EVERY student succeeds.

With Teachers Pay Teachers gift cards, we can purchase the needed educational resources that can help cover those standards, topics, or skills without the teacher having to recreate materials or lessons for our entire 2nd Grade (about 120 students). Being able to purchase the items needed through Teachers Pay Teachers saves time and the materials are often better created lessons with great engagement strategies, depth of knowledge, and they hit all the standards expected. Using Teachers Pay Teachers also helps to ensure that money goes right back to other teachers. Contributing to this project will help us find new and engaging lesson plans and activities on Teachers Pay Teachers. Many of my best lesson plans have been inspired by things found on this website.
