My Project
For the last two years my Kindergarten students have been able to learn in a fun way. We have added Heidi Songs to our daily routine and it is many students favorite part of the day. We use these songs to practice recognizing letters, numbers, and sight words. It gets our body moving and learning through song.
Many students learn best through music, song, and movement.
This allows them to be successful. I can hear these songs be sung throughout the day. When they are trying to remember how to write a word they often use the song to help.
This program also provides brain breaks. These fun songs allow us to move our body and take a break before continuing with our day. I have seen so many valuable parts of having Heidi Songs be a part of our learning.
