My Project
My students are learning so much more than reading and math—they’re learning how to handle big emotions, build healthy relationships, and develop self-awareness. To support this growth, I’m requesting a class set of daily social emotional learning (SEL) journals.
These journals will give students a safe, structured space to reflect on their feelings, build confidence, and express themselves in healthy ways.
With prompts that encourage gratitude, goal-setting, empathy, and mindfulness, these journals will become a daily habit that strengthens both academic and emotional well-being.
By starting each day with a few quiet moments of reflection, students will enter learning time more focused, calm, and connected to themselves and each other. Your support will help nurture not just strong learners—but kind, thoughtful humans.
