My Project

Hello! My name is Amy and this is my 5th year teaching the most amazing students in the world - my data science students! These students are brilliant problem solvers who have chosen an alternative mathematics pathway.

This project will provide pulse oximeters with heart rate monitors and Chromebook chargers that my students will use in their self directed projects and experiments!

We have a fun unit in which they design and implement their own experiments and heart rate has been a particularly popular variable. They will collect and analyze their own data and present to the class and hopefully some experts!
