My Project

The use of computers in education is becoming more and more important. My goal is to have my students use our classroom computers as much as possible. We use them for all kinds of activities from educational software programs, to typing skills, to learning games online.

One issue we have faced using our classroom computers and tablets is that some of the apps and programs we use have lots of sound, but these sounds can be distracting to others in the room.

These headphones would make a huge difference in allowing my students to use all these apps to their fullest potential. The games just aren't the same without their sound.

My students are the best, however many do not have the opportunities and experiences given to them in their everyday lives. Most of them could never afford a tablet or computer to use in their homes, so using one at school is a big deal to them. Help me let them use this technology to its fullest potential by donating to my project that would provide headphones that will keep the peace in our classroom.
