My Students

My students are in a full time ICT second grade classroom. Many of my students come from low-income families. Several are English language learners. There are a few that come from single-parent (or single-grandparent) households.

All of my students are unique individuals who are always eager to learn and be engaged in exciting activities.

My diverse second graders come from a variety of backgrounds and have different needs and wants. All of my students are eager to learn with open minds, ready to be filled with knowledge.

Our class has become their second family. They are very energetic and enjoy working with each other, love projects, and strive to do their best all in all, they are a group of awesome kids!

My Project

My students need some headphones to use with our tablets and iPads. Without them, they are not able to enjoy technology to it's fullest.

My students need high quality headphones to allow them to listen to expert readers, using read-along books, during our listening station.

Having these headphones will allow them to listen quietly and stay focused on their own work. The headphones will receive daily use in multiple ways. We will use the headphones for our listening station, on our tablets, iPads, and with our classroom Macbook. If we incorporate headphones, it will especially help the auditory learners in our classroom.
