My Project
My students are AMAZING! They work so hard each day, and really love coming to school.
During the small group instruction block, my students go on intervention programs to practice skills at their individual levels.
Many times these sites use videos or voices to explain directions or to prompt the students. This can create quite a noisy classroom.
Having working headphones will enable them to work independently without disturbing others around them. They also love listening to stories being read to them on EPIC books and other reading sites which allows them the opportunity to hear fluent reading each day. This year my class has read/listened to over 1000 books! I am so proud of how far they have come and can't wait for them to continue their fabulous work for the rest of the year.
