My Project
My students are all unique. I teach about 85 students throughout the day and I teach them a core subject. Reading is the time when students should get lost in a world of their imagination. However, some of my kiddos are not on grade level. Giving them the option to listen to books be read to them with headphones gives them the opportunity to be like fellow peers and watch the words be read to them. It will help increase their fluency. This is also a benefiting factor for my kiddos who have accommodations like text to speech!
