This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Students

My second grade students are always ready to take on fresh information and learn something new. Most of them are English Language Learners. My favorite part of having students new to the country is how willing they are to learn by always asking questions, wanting to know the world around them in a new language.

In my class, we are always ready to learn in a fun and innovative way while practicing skills in an environment that requires us to get our "creative juices" flowing.

My Project

In today's world we are becoming increasingly dependent on technology and my students deserve to prosper way to learn in our classroom. These computer speakers will bring our interactive board to life! It will motivate, stimulate, and educate students in multiple ways. The laminating sheets and game buzzers will allow me to create boards games where students are able to interact and participate during interactive lessons. These tools will support my students listening to Interactive read-aloud stories, hear educational videos and more!

I want to give my students the opportunity to interact with technology in an engaging and meaningful way.

These computer speakers will help capture the students attention during our now dull lessons! This equipment will make learning exciting and help them build the digital skills they will need throughout their lives.
