This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

My students want to be able to listen to their individualized learning programs. Unfortunately, the headphones that our school provided are old and not working properly. Although my students continue to use them, they often complain that they can not hear out of both ears or not at all.

Being able to hear is critical to my student's success!

Headphones will allow my students to work uninterrupted on their assigned lessons in math and reading. The online program we use identifies areas that my students are struggling in and provides them with individual lessons. These lessons help my students by providing a coach that talks them through concepts. The headphones are an important piece, so the student can not only see but hear what the coach is telling them. My students love these programs and are motivated to do well.
