Empowering My Students with Technology
My students are an incredible group of curious, hardworking, and determined learners who thrive when given the right tools.
They come from diverse backgrounds, each bringing unique perspectives and strengths to the classroom. What makes them special is their eagerness to grow, their resilience in overcoming challenges, and their excitement for learning new things.
This project will provide essential technology to support their learning in meaningful ways. The headphones with microphones will allow my students to complete Amira reading assessments without distractions, ensuring they receive accurate feedback to improve fluency and comprehension. The iPad will serve as a versatile tool for small-group instruction, reading interventions, and engaging educational apps that reinforce math and literacy skills. The Epson document camera will transform the way I deliver lessons, allowing me to model problem-solving, annotate texts, and make learning more interactive and accessible.
My goal is to create a more engaging, tech-enhanced classroom where students receive personalized support to build confidence in their abilities. With these resources, they will develop stronger reading and math skills, become more independent learners, and experience a deeper connection to their education.
