My Project
They come to school excited for story time, for many of my students, hearing fluent reading while following along in a book makes stories come alive and builds confidence.
My goal is to make story time even more meaningful and magical in our classroom.
For many of my students, especially English language learners and those who are still developing their reading skills, hearing the words spoken clearly while looking at the text and pictures helps make strong connections.
In our class, these resources will be used during small group literacy time, quiet reading moments, and listening center activities. They’ll also offer children the opportunity to explore books independently, even if they can’t yet read on their own.
