Help me give my students a class set of headphones so they can focus and learn on their level!

My Students
My students come into my classroom each day with champion attitudes and an eagerness to learn. As a teacher at a low-income Title I school, my students are faced with various challenges that impact their education. They come from diverse backgrounds and speak a variety of languages. Everyday in our classroom I make it my goal to help my students to feel proud of who they are and what they can do.
My students are curious, creative, and energetic.
They love to move, explore, and use hands-on tools when learning. Many of our children are raised in single family households and receive free breakfast and lunch daily. These factors play a large role in determining their future. I want my students to flourish in school and develop a strong love for learning. With the proper supplies, tools, and materials, it is my hope that my students will build a lasting love of learning that will follow them and inspire them to be the best they can be.
My Project
In our classroom, we use technology daily! Students are always found completing engaging activities at their level through different Chromebook apps and websites. We love to listen to stories, watch engaging science videos, and use Google Classroom to learn about new topics! With all of this exciting learning going on, there can be a lot of noise coming from our devices. Though there are amazing learning opportunities taking place, some students can become distracted or unfocused because of the noise around them. It is also important for us to be mindful of our time during the day because there are so many exciting things happening!
By donating to our project, you will allow the students in our classroom to take part in 21st century learning opportunities where they can listen, learn, and become well rounded learners!
When each student in the classroom has a personal set of headphones, they will be able to pay close attention to what they are learning. They will be immersed in all subject areas that match their personal learning needs. The Over the Door Shoe Organizer will help students safely store their headphones so they stay clean and be taken care of. In addition, I would like to provide my students with a timer to help them understand the importance of time management and monitoring their own learning.
With a classroom set of headphones, one student can be listening to a story and taking a comprehension quiz on Raz-Kids, while another completes an assignment on Discovery Education. The timer will be a great tool to help students stay on task and focused during the school day. The learning opportunities are endless when children are given the tools to succeed!
