My Project

I would like to introduce my PreK 4 students to healthy/fresh eating options.

"Eating colorful foods makes our bodies healthy and strong."
I would like to share recipes with my preschoolers that will be easy and colorful, using mostly fresh ingredients. The foods will help families create a healthy, fruitful relationship that can be taken home.
We will have fun names for our recipes like, “Super Hero Smoothie” or “Gracies Veggie Treats," to encourage my students to try new foods.
The blender will be used to make smoothies, batters, hot soup, whole juice, and ice cream.
I hope to this project will inspire my students to create a balanced and nutritional options that can be taken home to their families.
