My Students
My kindergartners are a diverse group of active, happy, and eager kids. Like all young children, my students are naturally curious and have a sincere innocence in their love for learning. They are passionate about the smallest of discoveries. I love having the opportunity at this unique grade level to play a role in fostering this love for school and allowing it to grow each day.
Every child who walks through our classroom door contributes to the lessons we learn.
These moments create bonds of support for each student as they begin their educational journey.
My Project
We have a daily snack break at school. Many families are stretched for finances and can't always provide a snack at school. The dried fruit, applesauce and bars will provide a daily consistent healthy snack.
Students learn better when they are not hungry.
We will send extra food home with kids who need it.
The snacks will ensure that tummies are full before leaving for home or school. These snacks have been selected because they are high in energy, and low in added sugars. Thank you for keeping helping our students be able to focus on their learning, and not their hunger!
