My Project

We have a group of growing and very hungry 3rd through 5th graders who could really use some healthy and easy-to-eat snacks in their classrooms. Many of our students experience food insecurity at home. This makes it very difficult for them to focus and learn at school.

School is a safe place for many of today's students to be loved and fed.

Having quick snacks, such as granola bars and crackers, in the classroom allows teachers to help students fulfill this basic need and then return to their job which is to learn and grow into amazing human beings.
