My Project

Remember when you would go to kindergarten in the morning and get to go home at lunchtime, just in time for lunch and a nap? Those days are over, and kindergartners nowadays attend school all day, while the expectations are growing higher and higher each day.

Kindergartners face the challenges of staying engaged and on-task during a long, enriched school day, but healthy snacks fuel eager brains and bodies for all, and allow for optimal learning opportunities to happen.

It is very difficult to stay focused on learning when you have a hungry tummy. Healthy snacks such as animal crackers, fruit snacks, granola bars, and protein provide many nutrients and minerals that a growing kindergartner needs between meals.

Healthy snacks will help my student's brains and bodies get the extra boost they need in order to do their very best in our classroom, while encouraging them to stay on-task and be attentive during the day.
