My Project

My 5th grade students attend a Title I public elementary school. The vast majority qualify for free and reduced school meals due to their families' socio-economic demographics. They depend on school breakfasts and lunches. Yet, they still need and look forward to a healthy snack between meals and the state cannot provide any. This financial burden falls upon the teachers, who often choose to dip into their personal budgets to shop for snacks, year after year.

Please help me provide healthy snacks to keep my scholars' energy, engagement, and spirits high.

The smiles on their faces and their full bellies between meals will be priceless and will foster their learning throughout the school day.
