My Students

My students are a diverse group of learners. They come from many backgrounds, but come to school eager to learn and do so with the best of their ability.

Let's help kids learn --they are our future and they need our help!

My Project

My students are hungry! Even though the school provides hot breakfast and lunch, my students are in need of a healthy snack right in the middle of the morning. They learn for 5 hours without a break for food.

A fed brain is a productive brain!

Many of these students are receiving educational benefits including free breakfast and lunch. Even if I asked students to bring a snack from home, they wouldn't have food to bring. With the help of these healthy snacks, students will be able to keep learning successfully until lunch comes around.
