This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Students

My students are amazing and happy, who want to learn during this unforeseen time. They are awake early in the morning and are excited to continue their distance learning.

The majority of my students are low income.

My students get free lunch and breakfast during the school year.

My Project

My students are constantly impressing me with their hard working attitude, amazing work ethic, and overall positive outlook on life. I am so proud to be their teacher! They deserve the best education possible.

My students need these healthy snacks during these times, such as granola bars, nuts, and oatmeal bars, to starve off hunger and keep the attention during their virtual learning.

I work at a Title I school, located in a high poverty area. Because of that, funds can often be limited for resources. As a teacher, I enjoy helping my students in any way I can, which includes helping to provide supplies and food as needed. I am asking for your help to make sure my students can receive these healthy snacks.
