My Project

My project is to help my students who are soccer players have the necessary training shoes and socks that they need to train for soccer effectively. I don't coach soccer directly but I love soccer and I understand the importance of healthy living by staying active. I teach students who are very involved and play on our school soccer team, but don't have the running shoes they need to stay actively engaged and train for the game.

Staying active through sports like soccer, using fitness trackers for walking, and running has many health benefits.

It helps increase aerobic capacity and cardiovascular health.

It also helps improve muscle tone to build strength, flexibility, and endurance. Research has shown that sports increase social interaction, healthy well-being, and brain activity.

These materials that I am requesting would definitely help my students train to compete effectively. They would also improve their focus on academic work. They would be very happy to have the necessary training shoes to play effective soccer.
