My students need Clorox wipes and sprays to keep desks clean and free from germs that can infect students. Cleaning supplies in the classroom allow for quick clean ups and daily cleaning. We are requesting Clorox wipes, Lysol spray, paper towels, tissue, gloves, hand soap, sponges, and more.

Celebrating Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month
This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Students
All students at our school are participating in the free lunch program due to the poverty in our area. My students not only deal with poverty, they have learning disabilities. Students with disabilities need more time to master academic skills and good attendance in school is important for their learning.
My students often come to school with coughs and runny noses.
Our classroom needs to be clean and clear of germs that spread to others. My students are motivated to learn and need a clean germ free environment where they can be healthy and succeed.
My Project
A clean and germ free environment is essential for students to have to promote motivation and enthusiasm for learning. This project will significantly reduce germs in the classroom environment, especially during the flu season. Lysol sprays will kill germs in the air and freshen up the classroom. An ample supply of cleaning supplies, such as gloves, sponges, and paper towels, in the classroom will be handy for quick clean ups and prevent germs from infecting students and teachers. The Clorox wipes and sprays will keep desks, tables and chairs clean and prevent spreading of germs. Our school budget for supplies has been decreasing every year. This project will provide supplies that will keep our classroom a healthy place to learn.
The donations to this project will help improve students' and teachers' health and attendance in school.
It is important for my students with learning disabilities to be in school to master academic skills. The Kleenex tissue, soap and hand sanitizer will be useful for student's use as they often come to school recovering from colds or the flu.
The donations to this project will also help prevent their teacher from getting ill and calling for a substitute. Please donate to improve my students' health, attendance and learning.
