Celebrate Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month

This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Students

Our classroom is full of books, different types of technology, flexible seating, and music. Students are able to switch seats and complete their work all over the classroom, wherever and however they are most successful.

My students are a great group of students who love to move, create, learn, ask questions, and occasionally make a mess in the classroom.

I am lucky enough to have two classes of 4th graders of science. Whenever we have a lab to complete in class, you can sense the excitement from everybody, including myself.

My Project

My 4th graders are constantly moving and active. Having a stock of deodorant, hand sanitizer, bandages, and wipes will help keep my kiddos healthy and happy.

My students always seem to be hungry, whether it is first thing in the morning, right after lunch, or towards the end of the day ... there is always a growling tummy or two.

As they grow, they are in constant need of healthy snacks and access to water in the classroom. Having water bottles will allow my students to stay hydrated throughout the day and at home.
