My Project

Thank you for considering my project. Our classroom is in a portable mobile unit from the 80s and we happen to face a dusty playground. Throughout the year, when the wind picks up, it blows dust straight off the playground and into our classroom. I’ve noticed that it mainly comes through our wall-mounted air conditioning unit. This is my third year in this classroom, and I’ve noticed many students who have asthma and allergies end up suffering from runny noses, sore throats, headaches, and runny or goopy eyes. I believe a quality air filter would greatly improve our classroom environment by eliminating some of these unavoidable dust and allergens. Thank you for considering this gift.
