Healing Space for Students to Make Music and Feel Safe

Help me give my students a Dell UltraSharp 49” curved monitor to create a therapeutic music studio where they can produce, mix, and express their emotions through sound.

My Project

Music is more than sound—it’s therapy, expression, and healing for my students. Many of the children I work with have experienced trauma, anxiety, and emotional overwhelm. For them, music becomes a safe outlet—a way to process emotions they can’t always express in words.

In our classroom, we’re building a music therapy studio where students can create, reflect, and grow.

To make this space truly functional, we need a Dell UltraSharp 49” curved monitor. This monitor will be the centerpiece of our studio setup, allowing students to run professional-level music software, see their lyrics and tracks side-by-side, and stay immersed in their creative process without distractions.

The ultra-wide screen helps students with ADHD and anxiety by reducing window-switching frustration, visual clutter, and sensory overload. When everything is visible at once, they can focus on what matters—expressing their emotions through music, not navigating tabs.

By supporting this project, you’re not just giving us a monitor—you’re giving my students a tool to turn pain into purpose, to turn their stories into songs, and to feel seen, safe, and heard in a space designed just for them.
