My Project

The mental health workbooks will provide my high school-aged clients with structured tools to better understand and manage their emotions, navigate stress, and build coping skills. These workbooks offer a guided, interactive approach to learning that helps students engage in their mental health journey, reinforcing important skills like emotional regulation, resilience, and self-awareness. By offering a diverse range of workbooks, we can address the unique needs of each student and empower them with practical strategies for managing their mental well-being.

My goal is to provide my students with the resources they need to foster emotional well-being, resilience, and coping strategies that will benefit them both now and in the future.

By equipping them with mental health workbooks, I aim to create a supportive, self-reflective learning environment that helps students develop the tools to face challenges head-on, build healthier relationships with themselves and others, and improve their overall mental health.
