Healing Hunger Year Round

My students need breakfast and lunch while they are away from school on weekends and extended school breaks. My students will benefit from these items: cereal, oatmeal, and lunch choices that they can prepare themselves.

My Students

The students are amazing, beautiful, and caring elementary school kids. Our community is made up of transient, high needs, high poverty population.

Many of the students at my school from families that struggle with making enough to support all of their basic needs.

Many of the students' needs are able to be meet during the school year at our school. However, during the summer break, and other extended breaks, some of our students go without having these basic needs meet.

My Project

All of the items in this project will be used by students at my school year round. They will know that they have food when they leave school. They will be able to eat breakfasts and lunch without having to worry about where they will find these items.

Our school pantry helps to support many families at our school to take care of their basic needs when they are not at school.

All students should know that they will not be hungry when they are not at school. Please help support our school and our students by supporting this project to help get them food they need to succeed daily.
