This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Project
My first grade students are incredibly enthusiastic to learn! It is my job to keep up that motivation and provide them with various ways to engage each day. In this generation, technology is an essential educational tool. It is incredible that my students already have such a high sense of computer skills, so I am tapping into this knowledge to pair with literacy and mathematics lessons. Luckily, our students have access to computers at school, but the headphones are cheap and break very easily.
With much more durable headphones, my students will be able to sit comfortably and quietly while working on individualized lesson plans to help them strive for success.
These over-the-ear headphones will help my students concentrate and will last us through the year as they will be used almost every day. Also, my students will be so extremely excited to receive a brand new pair of headphones! Can't you just image the joy on their faces?!
