This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Students

My third graders are superstars because they want to learn all they can so that they can be successful in school and in life. Despite the challenges and hardships they face, my students are eager to learn and do their best.

My students are growing and learning in a school community that inspires me every day.

We are a community that shows compassion, flexibility, resilience, creativity and integrity. These students are our future, and we want them to have a long successful school experience. Our students come from similar economic backgrounds with a majority of our students receiving free lunch.

My Project

Our school district luckily grants our students access to laptops and a set of headphones. Sadly, the headphones do not last, especially when storing them. They often crack or break. With earbud headphones, our young learners won't have to worry so much about them damaging in their desks or cases.

Students will be able to use them to listen to stories online on Wonders and with their math gaming through Dreambox.

We promise to take good care of them and use them to aid our learning in and outside of school. You will truly assist our young learners by donating to a good cause.
