it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Project
My kindergarten students are eager learners in a high-needs area, and we rely on technology to enhance their education through interactive reading programs, math activities, and phonics games. However, the headphones we currently have are unusable after only one use—they tore easily and don't provide the quality or durability we need. My students struggle to stay focused without them, and it disrupts their ability to engage in individualized learning. The specific headphones I’m requesting will make a huge difference.
They will allow my students to fully immerse themselves in educational programs without distractions, helping them to improve their literacy and math skills at their own pace.
With reliable headphones, they can better focus during learning centers, practice listening skills, and work independently on targeted tasks that meet their individual needs.
My goal for this project is to provide my students with durable, high-quality headphones that will last throughout the year, enabling them to take full advantage of the digital resources our curriculum offers. I want to create an environment where each child has the tools they need to succeed and learn confidently.
What makes my students special is their resilience and eagerness to learn, despite the challenges they face at home and in the classroom. Many come from low-income households, and school is a safe, supportive place where they can grow. Your help will give them a better chance at succeeding.
