My Project
In our classroom, we are fortunate to have one-to-one Chromebook access for all of our students. This is helpful for fifth graders as it allows them to access online materials and helps them take ownership of their learning. We work on many research projects throughout the year, which often require students to watch related videos or use programs with sound.
Headphones would make it possible to have a quiet, focused learning environment for us all.
Each student would be able to hear exactly what their video is saying, or what their program is asking for them to do without any distractions from other surrounding noises. With the diverse learners in fifth grade this year, this would make a great difference in their learning experience.
