Help me give my students headphones.
We have so many wonderful opportunities to help boost student achievement through the use of technology. The only problem is, we don't have headphones to hear them
We all remember that boring math class where the teacher lectured and the students quietly sat in their seats completing mundane worksheets. Who actually learns this way? No wonder kids hate math! In our classroom, we are blowing this old-fashioned model out of the water.
My students walk into the classroom every day excited for what adventures lay ahead!
We play games, we sing songs, we make math applicable to their lives. Math isn't just a worksheet, it's part of our lives in everything we do. Every child leaves 6th-grade math with the feeling that they can do it. Some topics may be harder than others, but everyone can be successful at math!
My Project
There are amazing educational sources on the internet. However, we can't utilize them in the classroom without the students distracting each other. Headphones will allow the students to each set their individual pace and access the amazing educational resources.
Headphones can be a great tool for improving focus and learning the material better in classrooms.
It also helps them relax and take a break from all the noise and chatter that’s around them.
With headphones my students will be able to focus, and be fully immersed in their learning without taking away from another child's education.
