My Students

I have such a great group of kids this year. They are such hard workers. We are thankfully fully in person this school year but as a school that is considered a school of technology we still spend a good amount of time on our laptops.

My students come from very diverse backgrounds.

We live in a military community so some students are here because of that. Others are locals from the area. Many of my students come from low-income families which makes having the parents provide things like basic supplies very hard for them.

My students and I would greatly appreciate any and all help we can get!

My Project

In our district, students have an online program that goes with our reading and math curriculum. In this online program, the students have their own pathways, where the lessons are made for them for what they are struggling with. We sometimes have time in class to work on these things but when 20+ different students are all working on their computers and listening to different lessons it makes for a very noisy and unsuccessful learning process.

We are also a school in our county that is considered a school of technology meaning we use many different online programs to help the students succeed.

but with many students not having the supplies they need it some it very difficult to do this properly.
