I have the most spunky, creative students on this side of the Mississippi, and there is never a dull moment in my classroom. Three of the courses I teach are composition classes, which are writing intensive. My student's joke that after completing one of my writing courses, they have the stamina to each write their own novel. I have high expectations, but my students always exceed them (and we have a lot of fun, too).
My Project
The students in my school are hybrid learners, meaning that they come to the school building twice a week and the other days they attend school remotely. Getting used to this new way of teaching and learning has been hard, but my students have been giving their best. We have had to be more patient than usual, especially when it comes to using and relying on technology.
Last week I learned that some of my students do not have headphones, which have almost become a necessity for our new hybrid learning model.
I'm requesting 10 pairs of headphones so that I can give them to students in need. They can use them in the classroom or leave them at home for their remote learning school days.
