This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Project
Almost daily, we utilize our class Chromebooks to supplement both our reading and math curriculum. Students can remain focused when they have an individual pair of functioning headphones.
I'm seeking to have this project funded because it is critical to have properly-fitting headphones for small, listening ears.
These headphones are not only adjustable, but they have a nylon-wrapped cord which helps with their longevity. If you have ever been in a classroom with young learners, then you may know the cord can become an issue because some students have a tendency to chew on the cord. The easy adjustability of these headphones will allow each student to find his or her perfect fit and eliminate any slipping!
Having this project funded will allow my students to successfully use their technology. To watch my scholars meet their literacy and math goals while developing a love for learning makes my teacher heart swell with pride.
