Celebrate Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month

This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

My 2nd-grade students have been tasked with more iPad use to practice skills and collect data on learning apps, and reflect/communicate in mindfulness apps during their school days. We previously used disposable headphones, which most didn't last the year. We would love these more durable headphones to use daily.

Students will gain better focus on their daily technological tasks.

It will help minimize distractions of other sounds, uncomfortable fit, and easily broken equipment.

These headphones will also add fun color to our learning environment. I look forward to students not needing to fidget with tech equipment, but rather enjoying their technological learning experiences.

My students also do better in a clean environment. They take pride in keeping our classroom clean, especially with this particular scent: Clorox Scentiva Disinfecting Wipes, Pacific Breeze & Coconut Scent. I love when students walk back into our classroom, taking in a deep, satisfying breath and saying as they exhale, "It smells so good and clean in here!"
