Help me give my students new headphones. As we return from online learning we are fortunate to have Chromebooks for every child, but now need headphones for them to use them with.

Celebrating Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month
This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Students
As first graders, my students come to me with a willingness to learn and a wanting to explore the world around them. They are full of joy, laughter, intrigue, and their own unique personalities. These kids love to come to school and want to learn in the most hands-on way that is possible. They love to move and learn about each other and other parts of the world.
They may be little but they are filled with emotions and confidence that can leave you amused and astonished all at once.
They can be silly and serious, but fill up the classroom in the best way possible. Each of them provides something new and different into our little classroom family. They love to be helpful with me and most importantly with each other.
They are smart and creative in different ways and can shock you in an instant. Each one of them is filled with dreams and stories that can tell you just who they are in a matter of minutes. They will surprise you in more ways than one and will definitely keep you on your toes.
My Project
As we return to the classroom students now have the opportunity to have their own Chromebook. To help them focus in the classroom though they need their own headphones. Students being able to have their own computer in the classroom has been great for letting them explore different opportunities and teaching them new skills. They are now learning about coding, using programs to practice their math skills, and even have the chance to target specific phonics skills.
The headphones will allow them to focus on their own task at hand and really allow them to focus on the task before them.
We have learned through this pandemic that technology can be a great tool for students, and being able to bring that technology into the classroom has really taken their learning to the next step. I know that there headphones will make a great impact for my students and help them in their learning.
