Headphones for Heartwarmers

Help me give my students a peaceful environment to work in. We are in high need of high-quality headphones to work in our classroom.

My Students

Being my first group of students, I have gotten a good one! The students I teach range in age from 6 to 9 and all are wonderful students! The students in my classroom have formed friendships across their ages, genders, and ability levels.

The students I have inspire me to be a better teacher, and they are the reason that I chose this profession.

I teach inclusion, so my students bring a wide array of ability levels (and personalities) to my classroom. They are all so different, yet we are aiming towards the same goal. We have good days and bad days, but through it all they make me laugh and smile.

My Project

My students are such a wonderful group of kids. They warm my heart and make my days brighter. My class recently received a class set of Chromebooks and are using them during our daily instruction. There are students in my class that have some sensory challenges and the noise created by the Chromebooks causes problems for those students. A class set of headphones would allow those students to work in a peaceful environment, while still getting the benefit of being in a whole-group setting.

Getting the headphones would mean that there is a lot less noise in the room and my children who have sensory challenges would be able to learn in an environment that is acclimated to them.

All my students deserve a chance to learn in an environment that is appropriate for them.
