Celebrating Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month
This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Students
I will teach a young diverse group of second graders this fall! My students will be experiencing some challenges as we haven't entered our school since March! My students are resilient and I know they will come excited to see their friends and teachers again.
My classroom is about building skills to work together as a class.
The work we do in this classroom is building relationships and learning in Spanish! My students will be eager to engage either online or in person this fall.
My Project
Experiencing this pandemic has brought forward many obstacles for our families, students, and teachers however, we are still engaged through our computers while being safe at home. Students depend on home devices to connect with their friends and teachers. One way to help them stay focused through distance learning is having headphones with a microphone.
With the headphones and microphone, background noise is cancelled out and students can speak into the mic so their friends and teachers can hear them nice and clearly!
I know my students will enjoy having these headphones while being home.
